
INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs shrimp, raw
• 2 mild Italian sausage
• 2 hot Italian sausage
• 4 medium white onions, chopped
• 2 lbs red baby potatoes, halved
• 2 lemons, sliced
• 10 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 bunch parsley, chopped
• 2 tbsp old bay seasoning
• 4 tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp cane sugar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
*We will add corn on the cob when it is in season.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and cook just until tender, 5-8 minutes. Strain immediately and leave to cool.
- Once the potatoes have cooled, cut them in half and place them in a large bowl, combine, shrimp, sliced sausage, onion, garlic cloves, olive oil, old bay seasoning, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, pepper, and cane sugar. Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread ingredients out on a large sheet pan. Add parsley and sliced lemon and bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until shrimp and sausages are cooked through.
