Sheet Pan Shrimp Broil


• 2 lbs shrimp, raw
• 2 mild Italian sausage
• 2 hot Italian sausage
• 4 medium white onions, chopped
• 2 lbs red baby potatoes, halved
• 2 lemons, sliced
• 10 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 bunch parsley, chopped
• 2 tbsp old bay seasoning
• 4 tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp cane sugar
• 1/2 cup olive oil

*We will add corn on the cob when it is in season.


  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and cook just until tender, 5-8 minutes. Strain immediately and leave to cool.
  2. Once the potatoes have cooled, cut them in half and place them in a large bowl, combine, shrimp, sliced sausage, onion, garlic cloves, olive oil, old bay seasoning, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, pepper, and cane sugar. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Spread ingredients out on a large sheet pan. Add parsley and sliced lemon and bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until shrimp and sausages are cooked through.
