
INGREDIENTS
• 2-3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped
• 1-2 cups mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman’s)
• 1/4 dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup celery
• 1/4 cup red onion
• 1/4 cup pecans
• 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
• Tomato, sliced
• Lettuce, optional
• Sesame bagel
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, cranberries, celery, red onion, pecans, and sriracha. Fold in the mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to use.
