Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups flour
• 4 tablespoons cane sugar
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 4 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the milk and vinegar and let sit for 1-2 minutes, then add your eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Mix until we’ll combined.

2. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Let it rest a few minutes before cooking.

3. In a large greased skillet, heat over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake into skillet. When the batter starts bubbling, turn the pancake over and cook until golden brown on each side.
