You won’t believe how incredibly easy and delicious this recipe is without the gritty texture!!!
• 1 box macaroni noodles
• 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2-3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• salt and pepper to taste
1. In a medium sauce pan boil noodles as directed.
2. In the same saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the cream of cheese soup. Stir until well blended. Add the sour cream, stir well, then add the milk, dry mustard and cheddar cheese. Once the cheese has melted, stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
